01The situation

Kalpataru Projects operates across 75+ countries with a vast workforce, but its digital presence didn't reflect that scale. The brief spanned two goals: build genuine authority on LinkedIn, and modernise internal communications to foster transparency across a large, distributed organisation.

02The approach

This was a content problem, not a media-buying one, so there was no ad budget to lean on. Growth had to come from strategy: understanding what an infrastructure audience actually engages with, giving the brand a consistent editorial voice, and turning employer branding into content people wanted to share.

  • Built a repeatable content strategy around the brand's real strengths
  • Led employer branding to make the workforce part of the story
  • Modernised internal comms for transparency across a global team

03The result

The LinkedIn community grew from roughly 50,000 to 4.7 lakh followers, a ninefold increase driven entirely by content. No performance spend, no shortcuts: just a strategy that compounded.

Paid can rent attention. Content earns it, and it keeps paying.
